Remember the classic media players of the '90s and early 2000s and their funky visualizers? VizSynth brings that feeling back in a new way. It listens to whatever you're playing and turns it into a living, glowing soundscape that moves with the music.

It doesn't just bounce along with the volume. VizSynth pulls apart the bass, mids, highs and drum hits, follows the tempo, and lets each layer drive motion, color and light. Kick drums ripple through the Neon terrain, and the colors flow with the beat.

How to use it

  1. Pick a source. Choose Microphone to hear the room, or Device / tab to capture music playing on your computer (pick the tab and turn on "Share audio"). Want a quick look first? Hit Demo.
  2. Allow access. Your browser will ask for permission. That's it.
  3. Play your favorite music and explore the two scenes, color moods and controls. Press Fullscreen for the full effect.
